Im sorry to hear about your pain, from my own personnal experience. the disc were probually already bulged,,,the injections might have just flared them up,, when the dr did mine ,,he shoots to the right of the spine... im msore for a few days too. ive had 2 blocks in the last 3 weeks,,they didnt help me,,or maybe they will in time,,good luck too you,
