I would suggest that you contact the International Hyperbarics Association at ihausa.org. They should be able to give you details about which clinics offer the reimbursement program.

Also, I thought that I would mention that I recently received an e-mail about a "hyperbarics vacation". It included 40 treatments and 26 nights in a local hotel for a cost of $5,000. (Evidently they had received some kind of grant.) I can forward that e-mail on to you if you like. I believe one location was in Wisconsin and the other California. Sarah's treatments were $200 each and she had 75 of them. Thankfully, we were able to stay at a Ronald McDonald House because she is still considered a child. Looking back, we should have purchased our home chamber sooner ... but as they say, hind sight is 20/20.
