Well, and You be takin care TOO
Hi Jackiey- Not too unexpected to get a bit of exhaustion from a BIG weekend, so as you said... take it a bit easy, re-energize yourself with strength and venture forth once more! Isn't it a wondrous blessing to be able to get out again?
Happy Spring [thinking thoughts of your backyard flower garden here], Mark56:hug: |

Rae:hug:Im so sorry to hear you're still in pain...... ITS SOOOOO annoying isnt it!!!
We need action and we need it NOW!!!:smileypray::Sob::deadhorse: |
Jackiey and Rae
You are not :deadhorse:, now stop it [as I plant my foot], you are sharing here in this safe place because this is, IS...... YOUR REALITY. It is there is no shame in this. Anger, sadness, depression, pity [can't help it can we], alongside the hurting, BUT there is this phemonon of support which others if they are not out getting vitamin D will provide, and that is to come here and give you GREAT BIG BEARSIZED:hug:zzzzzzz [Now you know my frutstration at not being able to magnify the size fo the smilies, 'cause I would overwhelm you with HUGZZZ.
Yep, Mark56:hug::grouphug::Heart: |
Mark....
You are so stinkin CUTE! :D Yes, if we could magnify these smilies, I do believe it would overpixilate (?) the pixel quota of what the motherboard megabyte dillydiddle of this wonderful forum could handle and we'd all be cast out into cyberspace by the cyberBOOM it would cause. .....what WOULD we do without our Mark! I swear this forum would have withered up and blown away long ago had you not happened along!...... THANK GOD you were googling 'Psyche Evals' on that one particular day way back when!!! Can I hear an AMEN!! |
Oh Jackiey, Where Are You
Are You in Dublin town? Have you started to rest up from your trip? You know, I think we should hold the first SCS & Pain Pumps convention in Dublin, then we from the western shores of the pond could visit your wonderful country. I have had friends make the trek. I have only touched Irish soil at Shannon airport. One friend of mine went to Ireland to fly fish [that's what he does here]. I would think he might have liked to see some more of the country than just her streams. But then...... it was his trip, not mine.
Anyway Jackiey, :hug:ZZ and Prayers for you here as we await word that you are feeling better now that you are back home again. Travelling is hard even when you have a healthy body,:) Mark56:grouphug: |
Hi Mark....Im about 10 miles outside of Dublin City, in the suburbs.
I did enjoy our trip to London but am exhausted from it, actually I think the fact that our 'Summer Time' started last weekend, our clocks went forward one hour:eek:has really affected my body clock :D so to speak. Finding it so hard to get up in the mornings to get my daughter off to school! But we have had some beautiful weather in the past two weeks, its only broken in the past day or so.....VERY windy today, so my daffs are taking a battering today:rolleyes: Had my sister over today with her family as her daughter, had her Confirmation today. So that was nice seeing them all. Still waiting to hear of a date for my reprogramming:rolleyes: its been 7 weeks now since my battery replacement and I was expecting to hear from them before now. Will have to text again I fear!!! Hope all are well and having some good relief from this dreaded pain! take care Jackie:grouphug: |
So GOOD to Hear from you Jackie!!
Yes, those trips can be both absolutely thrilling and wholly exhausting, at least you are back home on familiar turf and can rest a bit.:sunchair: I'll bet there was a good deal of excitement about the family being in for the confirmation- what a special and joyous time to celebrate!! This is where I say, Praise Jesus [now you know how it was that way back last year, my stim unit came to be known as PJ].
Maybe you can post a picture or two of your flowers so we can all enjoy your backyard view! Being 10 miles outside of Dublin, you likely have a bit more country flair and less crowding. I'll bet it is nice!:winky: Now to the matter of reprogramming your stim since you have healed from the new battery insertion; yep, one would think that at 7 weeks you would be able to calendar an appointment to direct more of that stim down into your legs where you need it to treat. I am so glad mine does its thing well from the waist down to the knees [as far as I can feel]. I hope and pray for you that having restored equipment now, your unit will do just the wonders for you that anyone would dream about or expect!:smileypray: As for me and my house, we will NEVER adjust to Daylight savings time! Political jargon for keeping golfers on the links. Ha!:hissyfit::Soapbox::Soapbox: Sigh, Mark56:) |
Aaaahhhhhhhhhhh!!
Good evening/day/morning :D everyone!
Hope you are all keeping well and not in too much pain :) Ive had some fantastic news today, something that has been bothering and stressing me out for the past 4 weeks....well today I got a call and all is well in this Irish household....thankfully all sorted out now, but boy did I have some stressful days!!! Still waiting on a reprogramming session:rolleyes:all gone VERY quiet in that department....so gonna send off another text this evening to make sure they have 'forgotten' bout me!!!...... Feeling a bit worn out today though, been a hectic few weeks...so now gonna chill out and relax a bit and take it all in my stride :) My granddaughter is coming tomorrow so really looking forward to that....she lights up my whole day, she really does.
