today and for the last two days
the weather is not been helpful
as the body cries in pain
my doctor has decided to keep
me on the same amount i have
been on
i will see him again the end of

the worse time is morning
and although i no i need more to relieve
the pain i have a personal stigma that is on my
back reminding me of sobriety
as it is something i must take
as i will not have any surgery of
any kind

You are such a strong woman.....Im sorry to hear your son was in an accident but Thank GOD he is safe and alive. How awful for him....I do hope he makes a full and rapid recovery.

I know exactly what you mean when those aches and pains come with the weather. Its just miserable here today....damp, drizzle, cold....it doesnt know what to do outside. We have frost, cold , sleet yesterday.....weird....my body doesnt know whats happening, as I too suffer with the pains and aches once the weather turns cold and damp

I hope you can get out real soon into the sunshine and enjoy the warmth.....it is January after all..Im so looking forward to the Summer months coming here in our new house, as we have a70ft long back garden now, thats a HUGE bonus to us as our last house was teeny back garden

My eldest daughter is 30 this year, my Son is 28 my other daughter is 26 and my youngest has just turned 20.....but no matter what age they are you always, ALWAYS worry about them.....

But thankfully they are all well and now your son will be well again real soon.....
