Teeth Great News!!!

For all of you who have heard about my problem (on various threads) regarding which facility my perm (if trial SCS goes well, obviously) SCS will be implanted at, and the issue that if at the "wrong" place, it will be done and my ins. will run out basically IMMEDIATELY afterwards... I just found out that my insurance does indeed allow for the implant to be done at the surgery center, and therefore I might be buzzing w/my perm by the end of the year!!! With a full couple months left of ins for post-op "stuff". The dread is gone!!! I don't think I've ever felt so restless over anything before in my life, and I'm so happy it's over! And not only do I have an answer, I have the one I want- praise Jesus! Really, thank you all for all of your prayers, I'm absolutely convinced they made all the difference (bc I would swear I've talked to this lady before and she told me she couldn't say which facility I'd be at for my perm SCS, but today she told me she could look it up and, voila, Surgery Center! Pretty sure God had a hand in this one)!

I'm still a bit restless and anxious, but now it's just because I'm so excited for the (first) big day! Let's call it Big Day A. (as the day of the permanent implant will be Big Day B).

So thankful again to you all for all of your prayers and support, as this not-knowing has drained me, and I really couldn't have gotten through it without you (forgive me if I sound like a big drama queen, but I was starting to worry that I might not even get the perm SCS because the hospital was scheduled out so far!) But that's behind us, YAY!

You all are wonderful, and I feel lucky to call you friends

~Colleen
