Well .. the letter came through the post today.

Dear Ms. Fry
I am writing to simply let you know that we had a discussion at SCS Team Meeting to consider whether there is anything further we should be offering you for pain management. Unfortunately we have concluded that there is no further treatment that we can offer you and we do not think that any of the very new treatments that have been made available recently would be of benefit.

I am sorry we can be of no further help.
