Good news! Bloodwork came back normal, so no muscle degeneration going on.

So on to the next waiting game. Left a message for my GP to let them know what was going on and seeing if he wants to see me, or if we can go straight to a rhuematologist referral.

received a call that my doctor wants me to have an evaluation at either the UW (university of wisconsin) or Marshfield hospitals ... but, it all depends on my insurance coverage (uh, what insurance???) ... and if either will take me ...

still waiting on the blood and CT scan results ... trying not to get down ...

Morning all Feel a little better this morn despite a rough night last night. The Baclofen didn't work as well last night, but I'll wait and see if it was a one time deal.

But the sun is shining, the geese who are left around here are standing guard by the pond, and the kitties are frisky Think I need more coffee and try to enjoy this day.

Fin - That is good news! I am glad to hear that your blood test came back negative. You must be so relieved.

Barb - Swine flu is going around the campuses here as well as the rest of the state. On the news this morning they were saying that they will report later today the total number of confirmed cases. At the beginning of the semester there were 13 confirmed cases at DDs school.

Sox - Have fun grocery shopping. LOL I hate grocery shopping. It is such a chore. I actually do it in the mornings now as less people are shopping at that time.

Thanks all for the prayers for DD18. I think the stress of starting college, homework, etc. is contributing some as well and she and I talked about this. They do have a program at her school for those with chronic conditions. We need either a possible dx or a dx for the program. Her new dr should help with that.

Good morning! It's raining here....again.....and will be all week through Sunday. Had some pretty intense thunderstorms here this morning about 6 AM. Such good sleeping weather!

Well, the news of my coworker who robbed a bank has caused a "reunion" (sort of) of all the people I worked with a couple of years ago. Isn't it strange how such a tragic event brings so many people together again? Some of them I hadn't heard from since I left work. Never called to see how I was doing....nothing. I wasn't that close with them, so it didn't seem strange, but why call me about this if you have no time to call me just to chat? Guess my Dad was right.....bad news makes it around the world while good news is still tying it's shoes. Oh well, live and learn.

I have got to do some cleaning in this house today. Just need to get motivated. Maybe another cup of coffee will help.
