:p I'll take some cake .... Please !!
Speaking of cake.... One of my sisters makes a Pineapple Cake that's just great and oh so easy.
Make a Pillsbury Pineapple cake mix cake in a 9 x 13 pan. (try finding a Pillsbury pineapple cake mix  They're out there but hard to find)
When it's still a bit warm poke lots and lots of holes all over it and dump in a big can of crushed pineapple - juice an all. Let that sog a bi. Cover and put in 'fridge over night if you want. When it's time to serve, smear on a big container of Cool Whip or get fancy and use real whipped cream.

Sounds Yummy AND it sounds like a Lemon/Lime Sheetcake I have made AND sort of like a "PigCake". Which is real easy and named that because you make a real pig of yourself.

PIG CAKE

1 Yellow Cake Mix (disregard instructions on box)
1 cup Oil
4 Eggs
1 small Can Mandrian Oranges (juice included)

Mix all together well, and put in greased and floured pan (9x13) Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Topping 1 Large can crushed pineapple, with juice 1 package instant vanilla pudding (disregard instructions on box) 1 9 oz Cool Whip Stir together with spoon until thoroughly mixed. Spread on cake. Keep refrigerated.
