Had another reaction today during my ty infusion so the neuro said no more ty. This one was pretty bad (posted about it on tysabri thread). I am feeling both sad, angry, and really tired.

Oh, Barb. I am so sorry to hear that. You must be so disappointed.

Hug Song
Sung to The Farmer In The Dell

I made this hug for you
To cheer you when you're blue
Heigh-ho, the derry-oh
I made this hug for you

I found that this morning and thought I'd start sharing it.

I felt like that when I had to quit the Betaseron. (liver enzymes went whack-a-doodle)

you gave it your best shot, but your body said "No!"

so, what are you considering next?

Renee - How's hubby? Is all OK?

Frank - How you doing today? Are you getting some relief with the 'roids? My family doesn't hate me when I'm on them. I have the opposite effect - they make me extra sleepy and lethargic.

Barb - How are you doing today? Are you feeling somewhat better?

Vonn - Happy Birthday!!! (I did post that on your Birthday thread but didn't know if you would see it or not)

Nothing to update here. Just working through this flare and trying to relieve the "Hug." I hope everyone has a great day!

Feeling a bit like I have been run over by a truck today. Had my apointment with my neuro and he is sending me to the ms center at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis for a consultation (once the insurance approves it). It will be a long drive, but I feel good about that decision. I probably will have to wait for several weeks for my appointment. He admitted he does not know what to do with me. I have been told that by other men in my life in the past

Frank, In one year since my dignosis, I have failed at betaseron (allergic), copaxone (too many severe IPIR's) and now tysabri. So I guess I am a big failure. Can you tell I am feeling slightly sorry for myself?

Ate lunch out and had a beef manhattan and mashed potatoes. Guess I feel the need for comfort food. Have spent the rest of the day on the couch. Did anyone see Oprah? I meant to watch it. It was about the pregnant "man." I only saw the last 5 minutes.

Barb, hun, sorry you're feelng so run down. Hope the consult goes well and is worth the drive.

I do have a shout out for TK and Renee. A great big Thank You and a round of happy hugs for you two. You've both been causing that itch for me to do some art again. I've been feeling "blah" lately, so I came home from work and painted an abstract of how the MS was making me feel. Good grief, I feel so much better and it's cheaper than seeing a shrink! LOL
