Certain bras will make the "HUG" unbearable so i have become picky about bras now too! I actually though to getting those cup things that you just use on the "girls." Seriously! Then I don't have to worry about the band. Even though I am a nearly B, I am getting older and gravity keeps pulling my bitty girls down. Poor things.
