Sandy ... so sorry you had to even "deal" with such a doorknob ... I felt (feel at times) like that dealing with the insurance/disability people from my past employer! .... thanks for sharing ... hugs from me too!

Wiz .. so good to see you ... that's so great about Ty working for you!!

Sarah - sorry to hear about your pain and issue-ordeal ... it would be so nice to get a straight answer ... and relieve some of your anxiety ... when I was first dx'd ... I had ZIPPO clue as to what MS was or even what RRMS was ... and no one could help me or give me an answer ... just "listen to your body" .. and it was 'kicking my butt!' especially with the heat and stress ..

I still don't have all the answers ... the only thing I know is to stay calm - keeps the sx at a minimum .. but walking and standing has taken their toll these last 6 months ... so, I'm a bit fidgety ... because any one position - SOMETHING is going to sleep on me - then the *tingle* comes in!!

hope the Rx works for you!!

Hey Kay .. you got *doo-doo* control??? 81 little fuzzies running around has got to be a blast to watch ... had 4 ducks out on the lake - named them Fred, Barney, Wilma and Betty ... LOL

lol !!

Thelma and Louise were my first ducklings...

and now we're working on great grandchildren.

don't worry about all that poop, it's VALUABLE stuff around here, dear !!

we use chicken-wire to make circle-bins dotted around the farm, and put all the used bedding hay and raked leaves, and animal poop in there, for making compost.

despite what people think, jungle soil is NOT very fertile for farming, most of the nutrients for growing plants come from what's fallen off the growing stuff, so we're building our own soil for the garden, basically from scratch.

Renee, you know I support your decision whether I like it or not. I pray he stays in therapy and that he doesn't use you or the children as an excuse anymore and that he stays true to your marriage. I hope this new therapy and counselling helps him and that you can accept everything that has happened. Just promise you will stay cautious and aware as I am sure you will. I wanted to say that last night but your momma stopped our call. Did you get grounded? lmao

PS: I thought much about how your mom is acting and I think it's terrible how she is treating Olivia. I wonder if she's being that way because of your hubby? Do you think her anger toward him is causing her to indirectly take it out on you and Olivia? Does she know your plans to go back to him?

Well I will catch up with all the news later. DD leaves for Mexico tomorrow so I am spending as much time with her today as I can. We did a bit of last minute shopping this morning and now we are going to watch a movie. There is more to say but she is waiting on me.

Hi everyone! For everyone that is feeling tired (fatigue), I am also feeling like I have been running a marathon.

Wow, Alot has gone on here since I last looked (last night). I think I overdid it yesterday (was at school for almost 7 hours) and then I went to the pool for an hour. Today, all I want to do is lay on my sofa. I did go to W.W. and I lost 1.2 pounds this week. So my total is 6.6.

Sarah -- I posted on your thread about neurontin and slowly increasing your dose.

Sandy -- I am so sorry that you are having these problems with doctors. I know you were so hopeful when you first saw the latest. Rush hospital is supposed to be great. So I am praying that this new doctor can help Jim.

Renee --I was thinking the same thing about how your mother has been treating Oliiva (Sandy's post). But how horrible to take her anger out on Olivia. She looks adorable! And all two years have trantums. That is why they call it the terrible two's, right? My niece told my brother in law the other day, "Don't shush me daddy." They were in the state capitol building and she was yelling because she like the sound of echoes.

Sarah, I've wondered if the reason my doc had me do the "step up" with the med was because I do get some of the craziest reactions sometimes. He generally gives me only one new drug at a time due to this, even though he's dying to put me on more - LOL. Do whichever you feel the most comfortable with.

Renee, no matter what, I'll support your decision in this. I understand where you're coming from. Take care of yourself and the kids, and I hope things work out.

Save me a piece of the princess cake! On second thought, just grab a pic of it if you can. Hope Olivia has a great b-day.

Weave, hoping your having a good time with DD today.

~~~~~~
Got some yardwork done. A little disappointed I couldn't do a full blast, but at least it looks a lot better than it did. Gotta dwell on the positives.
Had to quit for the day. Getting some muscle fatigue, and that's never a good thing. Believe it or not, I'm slowly learning to listen to the bod, LOL.
Goodness, I just can't keep up with you guys.
Sarah, when I did neurontin I had to slowly increasing my dose.
Weave, Your DD will be in my prayers while she is gone. Enjoy your time together today.
Barb, the fatigue is one of the worst thing I deal with on an every day ordeal.
Kay, I also think you should write a book about your life.
Sandy, Sorry about Jim's Dr being a @$$. I think you did the best thing for Jim by firing the jerk. Best of luck with the new Dr.
I know I'm over looking someone again so here's a hug for all that needs one
As for me, my moms hanging in there, she's still a mess.
I got a call from my nannies DD this morning, she had a Dr. appointment but was going to come over after that, well her DD calls me to say her mom is at the hospital. Well the Dr was worried about her heart and did an EKG, he didn't like how it looked so he called for an ambulance to come get her and take her to the hospital for more test. I still haven't heard anything else yet.
