I really feel like I'm drowning. I can't explain it better than that, but I'm losing it. I will probably be better in a couple days, but my life has gotten so out of hand and overwhelming that this keeps happening every week or two and I can't take it. I do NOT know how to get my life under control again. I have no clue and no brain left to figure it out. I am sick of blindly sleep walking through my life stumbling into obstacles constantly.

Sorry I'm not more of a participant here and sorry I'm not very supportive. I wish I could be, I care about all of you so much and you are all so much a part of my life, but I don't feel like I'm a part of anything anymore because I just don't have anything left of me to share.

Disclaimer: this is just a vent because I am supremely frustrated, I am not depressed or suicidal.

Holly

I hope things get better for you soon. That overwhelmed feeling isn't good.....is there anything you can push off to someone else to handle, at least for a while?

I'm praying for you and hoping that the days get better and easier.

LOL, Kelly! You & Sox did ten times better than I would have!

I'm not a mom and not obliged to the same rules as you all. I saw a similar bike situation involving my neighbors' boys. I went over to the bully on my scooter and said, "I see what you are doing to D. and if I see you do it again, you're going to **** me off. I own a car."

He started bawling and ran home, I think his mommy hates me. LOL!

Holly - I am so with you on this one and glad to hear I am not alone. I try to take it one thing at a time but something always seems to come up. Hang in there! We'll get through this.

Believe me.....other things came to mind when I was talking to him.

This was 16 years ago....I often wonder what kind of person Kenny grew up to be. I also hoped he got a big 'ole dose of his own medicine eventually!! I'm a firm believer in Karma!!

You all are making me feel like a bad parent here. I never jumped when DDs came home and told me about some kid that was mean to them. I stayed objective and tried to get the whole story from beginning to end. I always wanted to make sure that what ever the "incident" was that it truly wasn't my kids fault. Sometimes it was and sometimes it wasn't.

I certainly have had my share of calls to the school about a couple of girls that were bullying DD17. These girls were mean not only to DD17 but others as well. The school just didn't do anything but since I knew the both the girls parents, I finally called them myself as it was getting out of hand and starting to get physical. It worked. The bullying of DD17 stopped; not sure about the other kids. Additionally, one mom wanted to pay me for the lunch money as well as lunches her daughter stole from DD17. LOL
