Must be cake day today. I made spice cake cupcakes this morning. I'll frost them later on this evening.

Dangit, now I have to make a cake. lol Mine will be out of the box though.

Sandy - Mine was out of a box. LOL I was going to make apple pie but I think I am starting a flare and can't stand for very long. So, I made the spice cake cupcakes instead. (My cake pan is in the dishwasher and I was not going to stand and wash it so I made the cupcakes).

We brought tiramisu last night, so that's our dessert tonight. I do have lasagna baking away in the oven right now. Think it will go great with it, lol.

My Thanksgiving responsibilities are making the cranberry sauce, making a real carrot cake (my uncles request) and making a punchbowl cake...oh and the dinner rolls!
