hiya........I took a pretty bad spill early this afternoon. missed the step
into the mud room. twisted ankle and to avoid hitting head, I turned
and landed with my fore arm against the step. Im pretty banged
up but can walk as long as I keep my ankle stiff, so I think nothings
broken.

Its funny the arm almost hurts as much as my ankle. well, thanks
for listening to my whine....does anyone have any cheese???????

I have been reading all of your posts today, but have not had much to say. I took my car to the dealership today. My power steering is getting really stiff when the car is cold. They have to order 2 parts for it; luckily, it is still covered under the warranty. Otherwise, I have been playing around on Facebook (getting rapidly addicted) and reading. Two individuals from high school have already contacted me. I am going to have to limit myself to going on once a day when classes start.

I am not sure when I will be starting back on copaxone. I imagine it will take at least a few weeks to get it all ordered and approved again.

Wiz, Debbie D, Sandy, Frank -- Yeah -- they voted unanimously to start impeachment proceedings. Isn't Illinois an interesting state to live in? Have you seen the mock license plates that have pictures of Rod and Ryan on them that say Illinois -- where governors make our license plates?

I lurked yesterday as I was busy cleaning out. I do this every January - reorganize, set up 2009 files, etc. Phew! It's done.

I have a few more things on my to do list left over from yesterday. I'll be tackling those this morning.

DH returned last night to a very happy dog. The class he took wasn't very relevant to his job. Another class was recommended for him and he might take that one later. The loaner car he had was covered with paint overspray on the windshield which meant he couldn't see worth a nickle. And he left in the dark during an ice storm. His car didn't get repaired while he was gone so it will have to go back again. I've lost count of how many times the dealership has had his car. He was sooo looking forward to a nice long hot bath that never got above warm. The heating/ cooling system in his room was very loud. His room was right next to a parking lot light and the curtains were 5 inches too short. He likes a pitch dark room for sleeping. Poor guy. For years he has said if it wasn't for carp luck he wouldn't have any at all. He did say he was well fed while he was there and a key he has all but begged someone to give him arrived while he was gone.

Can't decide if I'm going to do some more shopping today or work on that two day old to do list that is gnawing at my mind. Actually since they are predicting our first plowable snow storm starting tonight through Sunday I think I'll shop today and work later.

Trying to wake up this snowy morn. Got some running around to do today before the winter weather really picks up here. Got to go to the pharmacy and stuff.

Trying to get some little things done before my test on Tuesday, since I know I'm not going be up to doing anything at all that day. (once again, gotta love those drugs. )

Well, I better get going. My kitties are preparing to mutiny since I think their food dish is empty.

the loot is all sorted, bagged, and put away, got the processing mess from yesterday scrubbed and swept, and now I get to relax until some customers arrive in a bit...

they called and said they want a bunch of ducks and chickens, so it looks like we'll be having a catching party, that's always fun with free-ranging birds.

wish they'd come at dusk or dawn, when everybody's hungry; they all show up at the feeding area... and hence are SO much easier to catch, lol!

oh well, the customer's always right, right?



I should just be happy they called first, lol!

DH is now busy scrubbing the ramp and walkway, so the place doesn't look like &$%#.
