They are almost done.
 These are what we call dinner ones. I toss them with a little salt and pepper and parmesean cheese. Oh, I use some Smart Balance oil too. Not much, just to keep them from sticking to the pan. Dessert Sweet Potato fries....toss with cinnamin and a little brown sugar. Just bake'um up. Sandy, you might need to make another batch of fudge.
