kitty this is pretty useless info since u already have the phone incoming, but just an FYI: all cell phones have the 911 feature enabled regardless of if they are activated or not. any phone with a charged battery will typically make an emergency call, that's just good information to know they all have emergency calling regardless of if they are in service or not

I realize that...........but why pay for a cell phone just for that feature?
