Default trigger central pain? rsd? fibromyalgia?

Trauma can trigger several disorders. Have you tried the above to see if they match your symptoms. I suggest going to see a specialized pain management doctor (typically an anesthesiologist) that is board certified in pain management. They will be more familiar with onsets of mystery pain and its cause. Good luck. I too fell and developed significant issues that ended up in disability. Hopefully some goon physical therapy will clear things up. You really should at the very least do some PT with a doctor's guidance.
