Default What's for breakfast?

I have developed the habit of stopping at McDonalds in the morning and getting a hash brown and sausage biscuit for breakfast. I don't want to do that anymore. I don't need all that fat in my diet plus I can save money if I fix my own meal.

Here are the problems:
1. I don't and can't get up early enough to fix a meal and eat it before I go to work.
2. I hate breakfast food.

I need to find something I can take to work with me. I have a microwave at work so I can heat things. There is also a toaster. I'm stumped for ideas as to what to take. Any suggestions?
