ok some answers

What is a holistic vet?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holisti...inary_medicine

What is arnica homeopathic for animals?

http://animalhomeopathy.net/id39.html

What is the story behind how a holistic vet works?

http://www.holisticvetpetcare.net/he...tz-mandala.htm

What is this funny bed (rife machine) that my vet laid Jack on to "adjust his energy fields" and "clear the liver, kidneys and bladder?" DH almost cracked up to see his cat laying on a funny electric pad wearing a wild alien collar.

http://www.rifemachine.com/rife-tech...pet-treatment/

What was the inventor of this machine thinking when he invented it, and what did he expect from it?

http://www.mnwelldir.org/docs/cancer1/rife.htm

What is this aconite that Jack now gets for Anxiety?

http://hpathy.com/materia-medica/aconite/

What is a raw diet for cats, and is it safe?

http://www.felineinstincts.com/order...derNow-idx.php

What is wellness food for pets?

This is an organic (commercially processed) food (canned) that is all organic, human quality food. They never share machines with other food makers (like science diet shares) and are meeting a higher quality of amazing food for animals that is of dramatically better quality than most anything else on the market. You pay for it, but its worth it.

How is Jack doing today on day 2?

He slept outside of his armoire. He watched the squirrels at the slider this morning. He ate his raw diet, and got a new dose of arnica. He is laying now with his sister at the slider, and they are cuddled. They have not cuddled in months. Jack will see his new vet again in two weeks, and we will have another RIFE treatment. Is this stuff hocus pocus? Hmm...maybe, but it seems to be working, and I dont believe that my cat can be influenced by the power of suggestion.

I am so happy to hear how well Jack's doing. Dej, I feel like this cat is somehow partly mine, too! I've followed his trials and tribulations for so long. I'd rather him get better than me!! Sounds crazy but it's true. He deserves to enjoy his life and it sounds like he's well on his way. Just warms my heart and makes me smile! Please give Jack a big hug for me. I just love him!

P.S. My cats have been eating the Wellness brand for quite a while and I just tried Blue Buffalo Wilderness wet food. They seemed to be getting bored and I thought I'd give them a little variety. They LOVE the new food and I might have a hard time getting them to eat Wellness again!

I sorta think of Jack as the adopted pet of so many of the folks here. Everyone has been so kind to ask about him, ask me to pet him, check up on him, give me suggestions, worry with me, pray with and for us, and no matter what folks have been so sweet to me and my fur baby. This is why I show up and share his story. He has adopted ALL of you as surrogate family too. It takes a village style thinking, and I have taken each and every suggestion to heart, and really looked into your suggestions and advice and have followed this rocky path knowing that we are not walking alone.

Thanks for loving my kitty as much as I do.

I DID ask him, and he said it wasnt legal for him to use his machines on humans, but there are studies in great britan with his machine to treat blindness. I think next time I will "accidentially on purpose" sit on his magic bed and see if he just happens to turn it on for me.

Jack the cat is napping wrapped around lily.

I bet Lily is happy to have her buddy back, too.

Default A dose of Arnica

Sounds good Dej. It also sounds like a medicine I would want! If this is working for Jack, that is what matters. These remedies I do believe in, as the older cultures used them more than we do today. China, Japan, use way more of these kinds of things for people. Glad Jack is in a good mood. It makes me very hopeful that you guys can be together for more time. ginnie

Okay, I'm confused. I love my cat more than I like most people. So what is the advice to feed her for a long, healthy life?
I'm so happy for Jack the cat. I have been following this thread and it is so nice to hear some good news!
