Speaking of Hell's Kitchen, I watched, for the first time, a show on Bravo called Top Chef. It was pretty good. Have you watched that show?

I keep missing Hells Kitchen. I must not miss it Monday..darn it.

I'm still watching and keeping up wit BB. I can't believe that Jen lucked out again and also, Kael. I'm finding myself pulling for Jen...LOL. She is tenatious, and I don't like the way she is being treated by the others. I'm always for the underdog..

I watch Top Chef also. This is the 3rd season and I haven't missed an episode. Bravo is good at rerunning episodes. I choose to record so I don't have to watch the commercials.

You've got to watch Hells Kitchen, Chef Gordon Ramsey is great, such a straight shooter.

BB, I can't cheer for Jen, she is still so selfish. I was thinking that's just her plan to play the game that way. Then I thought she is just young ,23, it still didn't make me like her more.
I like Evel D, although his straight talk is annoying to say the least. He has a soft side and loves his daughter so much. Amber my gosh when she gets out of the house and sees herself crying and red eyed so much, I hope she doesn't cry. I wonder if her life is such that she cries in it too.
The mohawk style that is going around is so stupid and ugly, imo. They must really be bored to do that so early in the game.

I still haven't watched the Murder show that premiered on Spike this week. Did anyone watch it?

Boy do I need to get a life.

Default Murder (new show) on Spike tv

Ok, I finally watched the new show called murder. Programmed the dvr on one of our satellite boxes. Started the show and it was already in progress so I missed the first 10-15 minutes. So bummed. But, as a bonus, I did get that same amount of time of another show at the end.

Anyway there are 2 teams of 3. One group was parametics and I think the other were firefighters. They have like (I'm guessing) 40 hours to investigate the crime. They go through the crime scene (missed that part), meet with the pathologist who performed the autopsy. A real detective give them evidence as it comes in bit by bit and the suspects. One member of each team got to shoot the weapon at a watermelon filled w/blood. They confer to figure out suspects, and try and put a case together. Then they get to visit the crime scene one last time.

Now it is time to present their cases on who they thought committed the crime. The team that wins gets money donated to their favorite crime victims group.

The kicker is that these cases are based on real solved crimes. There are actual pictures of crime scene and autopsy photos interspersed throughout the show. At the end the detective states the actual facts of the case and charges the supect was convicted of, and the sentence.

Overall, I found it well done if not a bit graphic with the actual pictures and bloodstains at scene, etc. I hope it was recreated. Hopefully it will start on time next week and I can see the beginning. If you like real crime and think you have csi solving skills, watch for yourself.

Wow, on that show Murder, do they get the families permission to use all that footage? That would be terrible to see your loved ones guts and gore hanging out for everyones entertainment.

I was just reading the HOH diary on the BB website. I guess Dustin has this pack with Amber, Jameka and Kail and it was his intention to nominate Kail against someone that everyone hated so that he could save Kail. I wonder what Amber will think of herself when she watches all this. She said she is just a very emotional person. But gheeze, she is way to emotional. There is rumor, and you have to take that for face value, that Jen is nanny to Vanna White.

Anyone watch the reality shows on TLC? I really like What not to wear. And they have a new one A model life. They take these mostly inexperienced models and try to help them gain a portfolio so they can jumpstart thier career. Tonight they were doing swimsuit modeling. In the past couple of weeks they had told the girls that they needed to get thinner but one girl just didn't want to do that. She showed them tonight that she could definitely be a swimsuit model for Sports illustrated.

I would imagine they have family's permission on murder. The case was from like 5 years ago. As I said I missed the beginning setup info.

Jen is nanny to Vanna White. Well if so, my admiration of Vanna just dropped. I really thought Dustin wanted Kail out. Well knock me over with a feather.

I love What Not to Wear too. That is another one I usually record. Wish I had a job so they could nominate me. I throw darts and everyone wears tees and jeans mostly, so they'd never nominate me.

Have you seen The Parker on Bravo? This was the 2nd week. It is a Palm Springs Hotel on property that includes Gene Autrys old home. Wow the rich live in a so different reality. It is behind the scenes from the employees perspective.

Tonight I also watched Thurs. episode of Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares on BBC America. He is the chef from Hell's Kitchen this weeks restaurant turnaround was a miracle in my book.

So Jenn really is Vanna's nanny. Wow, I feel sorry for her. But maybe Jen is totally different in real life. Tonight there wasn't anything on I wanted to watch so I ended up watching two hours of flipping houses!

I'm sorry I should have put a ? after my statement about Jen being Vanna's nanny. I don't know that, do you?

I know there was nothing on I watched the end of QVC's fashion day. I usually avoid that channel. I didn't see anything worth buying, so I'm happy, more money for me. lol

I've got xm music channel on now while I am on the computer. Quite online too. I was looking at recipes because I must cook and am so tired of the same old stuff. Maybe, I'll just turn in early.

I'm sure glad that you were just questioning me as to Vannas nanny. I feel sorry for Jenn being anyones nanny. My oldest daughter was a nanny for about 6 years and took it very seriously. Most of the families were very good to her, one was not. She was very glad to put in her resignation.

Anyone watch HGTVs Design star last night? I still can't get on thier website. I can get on HGTV but not Design star. I think last year one of the teams didn't finish the room and they had to hire contractors to do it. That is a sure fire way to get 'your show cancelled'. I believe both of the team captains got cut last night. I get a kick out of sparkle Josh. He would be beautiful as a woman. He walks and dresses like one. But he sure can find a bargain and decorate a room.

How did Hell's kitchen finish up?

I guess I should change my mood from tired to hot. And just to clarify, I'm not hot, sexy hot, but just hot. Temperatures are in the upper 90's with a heat index of mid 100's. Monday is my husbands day off every week and we take his Mom out for lunch. She is in a wh/ch and broke her hip several months ago. Last week was the first time she was able to go out with us since the fracture. So it takes two to get her out of the car. I stand behind the wh/ch and kind of guide her 'butt' and my husband is actually helping her out of the car. I sure wish though that I could rush on into the resteraunt and wait for them. And today of all days she wanted to go to Walmart for a few things.
