What a day it's been. I think I've seen more airports today than I ever want to see again! I left Tulsa this morning at 7 am. I've been to Oklahoma City, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Salt Lake City and finally ended up in Twin Falls, Idaho. That was the closest I could get to Boise... And I got to PAY for this privilege! At least part of it...as far as Salt Lake anyway! (for those of you who don't know me ... PODH is a retired airline pilot and we get flight benefits.)

I talked PODH into driving the 130 miles (ONE WAY) to come pick me up. The good news? Yes, there is good news...my suitcase that I checked twice today - once in Tulsa to Salt Lake City and then again in Salt Lake City to Twin Falls, ended up at both destinations with me! Yeah...and the other good news? I get to SLEEP IN MY OWN BED TONIGHT!!!



It's good to be home. Back to my "normal" life again and now to process what's transpired over the past week...and the future. Mom hasn't made a decision on hospice yet. She has to "handle" my brother.
