Default I thought this might be simple, but it's not (flood damage diagnosis)

Ok, so you all know I woke to a small flood in my house last week. Well they began tearing into my walls today and found "extensive biologicals in the walls" so two walls are coming down, the master bathroom is being torn apart, and that is just the start....CALGON TAKE ME AWAY!!!!

Pic's to come.
