All this talk about The Scorpions is funny because thanks to Guitar Hero, my 12 year old now thinks they are the bomb! He loves to jam to Rock You Like a Hurricane on Guitar Hero.

Does he realize just how old that song is? (circa 1984)

I think I had the album on tape and played that song till the tape broke. I have the cd now, and ripped it onto all my computers. (good thing, I think the cd is starting to go bad, the lettering is wearing off)

I need to add a couple of things to my original list.

We purchased 80 acres on the high desert in New Mexico back in the '90s. Raised cattle and learned 'the cowboy way' of life. Had our own brand registered with the state. Branding cattle was kind of fun. Didn't seem to bother the cows much. We sure raised some yummy steaks!

I was on the volunteer fire department in that little town in NM. And I mean LITTLE! The livestock population far exceeded the human population. Fought a few brush fires but only one house fire. That was caused by a chimney that wasn't kept properly cleaned.

During my last year in the Navy I was assigned to the Master-at-Arms force. Essentially a military cop. It was amazing how dumb some sailors could be. Growing pot in their barracks room for example. And too many more to list here!

1. I bowl(ed) in a league, top score currently is 233 .. averaged around 160 ;) Going to start again this season with my dad!

2. I've had MS for around 5 years, diagnosed when I was 21

3. I live in Australia (g'day mate, shrimp on the barbie, dingo ate my baby, etc), I live at home with my Parents...but I have an apartment out the back - its a pretty sweet life here!

4. I work for KPMG (finance company) in the IT department and my career is kicking off again there (currently expert in VOIP if anyone knows what that is..) - if anyone remembers when I was working at the hospital and got fired...blargh...I'm kinda back to where I started pre-MS...and yes I'm a computer geek..I play warcraft and have 3 x 24" monitors on my desktop..geeky and proud

5. Cant resist - I have several piercings - tongue, both nipple, industrial and tattoo's up my left arm.. going to start weight training soon as I'm a skinny runt and I can't put on weight no matter how hard I try.... hey we have to at least 'look good' right even though we're sick? :)
