Hey, woman! Been wondering where you were!

And now I know: you're in the shower!

Yeah, me too. I like being clean, but I don't enjoy the process.

I'll tell you one thing that I really love about showering. I installed a gizmo on the wall that holds my shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. All I have to do is push a button to dispense them! No more fumbling with bottles that are hard to open and squeeze. I got it at Home Depot for $20 and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!

Showers make me feel so dragged out & dizzy..And I don't even use much hot water anymore. I gave up blow drying my hair a couple years ago. It's really thick and almost down to my waist, so way too much work. Wish they had those cool sonic showers like on Star Trek..

When I took a shower in the regular shower, I was so exhausted and hot afterwards I'd get to my room, lie down on the bed for awhile until I got some strength back, Now I have a huge roll in handicapped shower, DH rolls me in, transfers me to shower chair, later I'm gotten back into chair, can do Makeup and hair now ok. I sit through everything now, but actually get more done. I can finally have hot showers again, I'm sitting down already!!!

I can't take a hot shower. My shower is lukewarm. Sounds funny but that is all that my body can stand. It's the same if I soak my feet with Epsom Salts. The water is lukewarm or the feet go crazy. I need to be very careful as I can't feel the water temperature that well either. Really warm/hot water would wipe me out as well. It can relax the muscles way too much. An OT told my support group that. True for anyone with a neuromuscular syndrome. And I only do a very short shower.

I used to wash my hair in the shower but quit that long ago. I cannot stand there that long or for that matter be able to without hanging on to a bar. Sitting isn't really an option. I do the hair washing in the sink. I'd love to have a walk in shower. Maybe some day.

I do love the feeling of a clean body after the shower. It can be soothing at that.

I gotta get me one of them all in one soap dispensers. I dont use Liquid soap because it has Sodium lauryl sulfate in it, and bar soap doesnt. So, i just need a shampoo dispenser. Maybe I can velcro a clothes pin on the wall , and clip the bottom of my shampoo tube.

oh gosh! look at what time it is. time to get back in the shower.

I love showers!

I take one every morning (wash, shampoo, condition and shave), get out (dry off, blow dry/style, lotion up, powder and get dressed) and last but not least...makeup.

Then I'm off to start my day

My Olhipie always wants me to take a shower because it will make me feel better...so he says. It wears me out.

I do like the shower after I'm done its just getting me in. I'm like Snoopy, I do it all everyday....

I do love to just put one leg up on the shower seat and let water as hot as I can take it and stand there for a few minutes. We call it warming all the metal in my back...cooking me from the inside out!!!

I have very oily hair so washing it is a must do everyday.

There should be a shower like they have on the Jetson's...remember...? Couldn't find a picture of them showering....

SAS.....ROTFLMAO, Cindy! The whole process drags every ounce of energy I have. Make up? Te he, I do that maybe once a week. I live in a hot and humid place so I have to force myself to do it every other day.

But it's pool season now soooo now I can get in and chlorinate myself and rinse off with the hose after, ta da, done! LOL
