If you have time - just in case it becomes a settlement negotiation- do a quick add up of all costs and future moneys { so you have at least a rough estimate?}
- but in your case I don't recommend settling anyway - you are still in too much pain.

I just wanted to say today...I lost it..total frustration.

I did think of everyone out there who is going through painful times. I just can't get over how so many people don't understand what we're going through and how difficult this all is.

I wish all the best for everyone! I hope better days are ahead. I thought I was better today but then some stress fell upon my shoulders and I ended up with a real pain in the NECK..literally!

I have 4 kids...2 teenagers and why didn't they come with manuals?

I'm thinking of a deserted island right now ...palm trees and coconuts and a warm ocean breeze...oh how I wish I were there.

I'm going for the heat pack and the couch ....I am so so angry at everything right now. I just don't get why all the bad things happen to all the good people. One good hand just once would be nice. Don't some of you agree?

TODAY I..... Want to thank everyone for there wishes here for all the good vibes, thoughts and prayers ! They say it is a fool who has himself a a representitive, but I am going in knowing I have truth and honesty on my side also there is not much else a lawyer would say at this form of hearing as what I am so why pay more GOD knows, I owe most everybody without an income, there fore do not nee another! THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT!!!!!!!!!

Momz- I have a 14yo ADD kid, and I can relate...they can be a real PIA. I am so sorry you are having trouble. My new motto is that when 14yo pia girl gets in trouble I put her to work doing all the things I can't (dishes, mopping floors, cleaning toilets, etc) It helps me feel better on multiple levels (kid suffers for bad behavior, i get cleaner house without having to stress myself) I'd have been sunk without it in the last months.

TODAY I.... am glad that my hearing is over! Just looking around, me sitting in thhe waiting room with a bunch of lawyers who are opposing each other slapping each others buacks and treating their cases as if it were a game... little do they realize this is people's lives they are messing with! I was the only party there by themsleves, for that matter the only one there, (lay person) client there lest representing myself or being there to watch over my case. The judge asked if I was sure I wanted to continue? Sure, I did not have the big words or shifty moves , but I said yes went in with truth and honesty on my side and now place my fate in the hands of God and the two judges who overseen my case. I hope I got my point across thouroughly and to hear froM them soon either way(GOOD NEWs HOPEFULLY WITH SOME ) ! And tell each and everyone of you I went in feeling your thoughts, hopes and prayers sent my way by you.... THANK YOU SO MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!!!!!

Today I on a better note start swim therapy... after court went out and treated myself to a new bathing suit, pair of divers grip bottom, neoporene wet suit shoes(needed a pair of non slip pool shoes) so why go with flip flops when I could get a pair of shoes that I can use in creeks trout fishing . that is if I can get limbered up through therapy enough to go this year... been two years since I was able to go fishing myself , so plan on working hard and make it one of my goals... at least last two years got to take and watch my boys fish and have a good time!!!

Mom and JoKAT, I have two boys of my own that it is hard saying no to all the time and throw an ex into the mix and life gets hard also, with support... though been fortuanate, she kind of understands the situation I am in <<<UMMMPH>>>> Momz hang in there, as everyone can say here life is not easy with TOS or CRPS/RSD, but the little faamily that we have here is caring and watch each others back and sure all can atteset to that! OOPS forgot to mention got my spring haircut also, a buzz job... do it every spring and as of yet it grows back by winter<thought about a razor cut, but 1/4 inch is eenough >
