I'll work on those spots, there might be more by then anyway...

I'm also seeing how long I can go before needing to make a chiro appt, it's been since August, if I can do OK with as needed adjustments only, then I'm going to try some acupuncture for overall health balancing.
thats great jomar. youre like our tos hero.

i have to do all pilates exercises lying down. shoulder strengthening i like more lying down. i wear a neck brace when i bend over to stretch bc im worried about my neck. gravity is not our friend. the more isometric the exercise for me the better.

I get the same thing. :-( especially now that it's cold out. Summer was a little better for me.

I thought tai chi looked interesting too for awhile, but the holding the arms outward in the slow /static positions just wasn't a good thing for me.
My blood flow still stops if arms are up at certain angles.

I suppose you could just do the leg positions and keep arms close or lower...I didn't think of that before.

My old treadmill had the finger pinch pulse thing, it was interesting to put it on and slowly raise my arms then see it totally stop registering a pulse..

Yep, thats what I do with my wrist cuff pulse reader. I did it to check if my bloodflow had resumed with certain arm positions after my op. BINGO:
left arm ( unoperated...... loses pulse ), right arm ( operated...... pulse).
Its reassuring to see that there is full blood flow BUT frustrating that I still get numb hands BOTH sides while sleeping???????
Maybe thats because it was always a neuro issue and not blood circulation making the hands go dead???????
That's definitely a question to pose my neurologist with.
