Could it be that core is much stronger than whole back? causing pulling & strain?

It could be rib dysfunction. Many of my mysterious lower backaches magically disappeared once I was having my ribs mobilized regularly (and after the 1st ribs were removed to allow necessary space for mobilization).

Marc- can you explain rib mobilization? I haven't had this done, but both first rib resections done. Still having pain in neck, but lower back has been getting bad too. Is this something that should be routine maintenance after these surgeries? Thanks!

Maybe my ribs are out of alignment?
My sternum pops ALL the time

The soft/MELT roller seems to be the latest development in self rib mobilization. Once in alignment, these rollers keep the ribs from popping back out. Hard foam rollers are to stiff to be used on the ribs. Quote:
