Default deep ache in low tspine

this might be my ehlers danlos syndrome

my stomach muscles are strong but my shoulders are very weak.

i have a DEEP ache in my tspine
my core is pretty strong right now so i cant think of why its aching so bad unless it's my upper back being weak

do u guys have this? it feels like the bone is aching but i guess it could be nervy
