I have a little improvement and i think i am able to reverse the symptoms soon. Posture and breathing exercises are the main key for now. Also, not using my computer for more than 10 to 15 minutes in the morning or in the evening which is the hardest but if i was able 10 or 15 years ago why i could not today?? I am looking to go for 1 scence of Global Postural Re-education, 1 of chiropractic and one of massage.

Now i am not sure what kind of massage is gonna be the best so if anyone had a good experience on different type of massage i would like to get a few review. Thinking about deep tissue massage but i am not sure. I don't care about if it's painful or not. Better to get lots of pain for 1 hour than have less forever!! This video is pretty funny and dosen't look painful...... if you are on Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10152043739324823

Well, they are freaking hard to find in U-S.

Ok that is probably the reason why there is not much in the States. https://sites.google.com/site/rpguk123/home

If you are on Facebook there is a group who talking about RPG.
https://www.facebook.com/GlobalPosturalReEducation

Interesting fact, The RPG® deploys itself for its coherent principles based on biomechanics and neuromuscular coordination and neuromusculoskeletal rehabilitation. Studies showed benefits of the GPR in improving the respiratory muscle strength, chest expansion maximal respiratory pressure and in reducing pain, loss of urine in incontinent women, increasing flexibility, the electromyographic activity in temporomandibular disorders and postural stability in lower limb orthopedic alterations.

It's been a while since i came on the forum to give an an update on my condition with my treatment of Global postural reeducation. I have a huge improuvement in the last 5 months. My condition is minimum 40% better since I do my treatments every week. I also see a chiropractor who is specialist with neurology. Other chiro where making my condition worse.

Honestly I hope that more people will be able to have access to a RPG because it's definitely one of the best if it's not in my opinion the best treatment using conservative method. At the speed how my recovry is going, if it continues like this my surgeon would think I would be able to play golf again in September and he is convinced that if I stay very disciplined I would be able to jump on my bike again cycling in 2015! Wow, not even nine months ago I had terrible pain in my hands, arm and shoulders when i was writing for more than 10 minutes and and it was like that for years and years!

Anyway I hope that more people will be able to have more information about GPR (Global Postural Re-Education) because as a conservative method I am convinced this is the best treatment that exists after trying soo much other differant treatment and soo much monney!! One thing is sure, my surgeon don't want to see me on the table to have a second rib resection!! He beleive i can comback near to where i was 8 or 10 years ago when i had no symptom but he is clear with me, im gonna have to do my exercises pretty much every day for lots of years even may be for the rest of my life and i always have to work on my posture and listen my RPG more than well but it worth!!

Default is it in the U.S.?

Thank You-has anyone found it in the US or is it online anywhere? I looked it up and I guess there are no practitoners here.
Husky, what would you suggest to do self treatments. Are there any manuals or publications that I could bring to a PT?

There is lots in Europe, lots in Quebec Canada and there is a few in every big town in Canada but in the States they are rare. Basically they are physio but they do more studying about the humain body to know what is the perfect posture of the humain body. Streches was the worse thing ever for me and there is pretty much no streches with that technic. If there is some we are talking about few pounds streches, may be 5 pounds streches and not much, may be maximum 5% of any seence of 60 or 70 minutes each. Anyway like i said basically they are physio so ask any physio if you have one and make sure it's a good one to see if they heard about that. And i am sorry if i hurts some peapole but stop using your freaking computer and go walk!! Helping me soo much. I was using it 5 or 10 a day they 10 or 15 then more slowly. now probably 30 minutes 2 or 3 times a day but not more than that for now. Ill see in a few months. Discipline is the key!!

You shuld reed that:

Before the TOS symptom start or when you start to have really minor symptom reed this. http://ask.metafilter.com/210847/GPR-physio-in-Toronto

And also I'm sorry but too many or at least a few people or the furum do not want to help themselves and are just asking for better life, but they are capable of doing much more than what they do now. And be careful about what I say, it is a minority and I UNDERSTAND they are many people who live in terrible situations that unfortunately are not that simple.

Work hard, be disciplined and stop saying and I got a lot of these messages in PM (yes but what I do all day exept using my computer ....... and stop using it all day long. They is lots of other thing to do. A lot of people do not like me for this, but it is the truth.

Update here!!

Hey guys,

i just found something for you. I start a post a few months ago about re-education posture global and no one found a place for these treatment in USA. I am in Canada and i can say it's a huge success for me. Now this is what i found, lots of place dosent call these treatment re-education posture global but
SpineCor Treatment Centre. I firmly suggest you to go take a look on this web site, http://www.spinecor.com/Home.aspx. Ive tried PT-CHIRO-ACUPUNCTURE AND MORE but thats method is just amazing. If someone is able to find the post i start a few months ago please update it.

By the way i still have some pain but i have improuvement weeks after weeks!!! I saw my surgeon 3 weeks ago and he trule believe that method with a good chiropractor who is specialize with neurologic problem is the best way to go. He was honest with me and he said he never tought i was to be back in that condition that fast and even in that condition some day. Anyways just try to help you and hope you will try it. By the way if they do neck streching just run away!! Worse thing ever exept if you have a really small TOS symptom.
