Default recently diagnosed with bilateral nTOS please help

Hi guys,
I have been reading things from this forum and posting today about my symptoms.
I am software guy based out of India.symptoms started as elbows issues while working on computer. Numbness to little fingers in sleep.hand specialist says cubital tunnel syndrome.
Done many tests cervical MRI,elbows MRI,ultrasound of both elbows showing ulner nerve edema at both elbows. Doctors suggested ulnar nerve transposition survey.scheduled but I was not convinced since was having little neck pain before these symptoms started. Cervical MRI was clear .Started wrapping towels around both elbows during night ,felt better.since Jan 2015 started getting chest pain ,pain above color bone while using computers.done so many tests brachial plexus MRI but negative.Neck pain at c7-t1 increased recently with some painful movement in some positions. C7 transverse process are painful. Cervical MRI again shows nothing.
Can't do overhead activities and get parentheses on ulnar side bilaterally. Pain level is controllable at the moment with computer/driving restrictions. Before noiae had minor accident in bus.was trying to climb on upper birth,by lifting my body up with hands side.right hand slipped felt full pressure on spine near the point where our hand attached to spine.that night was painful while sleeping on side with some cracking noise and pain.it got cleared in 2 days.my question is could my tos symptoms be related to this accident which was before 3 yes or it is pure RSI.please note my symptoms of neck pain started with bumpy drive on bad road and next day my neck was stiff.nerve symptoms started exactly after 1 yr of neck symptoms. Chiro says I have sub luxation at c7 level and I literally feels something moves in some positions but MRI doesn't show anything.my trapezius are tight, tight scelenes .
Left software job this month and doing masters by thinking will switch to teaching side but now studying positive is giving me horrible time.is it possible for tos people to study and write exams?I also need to attend lectures which needs sitting in same position.
Please could anyone throw some light what could be the reason for my problems.
