Default New symptom : painful swelling above clavicle ***plz help

Hi

I tried to study yesterday and today and my neck pain/stiffness near c7 triggered again.
At the same time I see huge swelling above my left clavicle which is painful and is creating more parentheses on ulnar side of my hand.Sometimes swolloning is painful. At the same time my left eye has become more sensitive.
I am hell lot of afraid due to these new symptoms.
Please help me in understanding this and how to reduce swelling.
