Now today I receive a letter saying I have an appointment for an impairment rating! I am still under three doctors care, I have a surgery pending. What the hell? I thought I couldn't get rated until the doctors said there was no more they could do? I am dumbfounded by this crap.

WC varies so much state to sate & claim to claim..
your atty should be keeping you informed and in contact on these things..

I hope your atty is good, some tend to skim by .. and hope for a nice payout for little work..
