I was wondering whether adding the following B-50 to my multivitamin regime would be a good idea or whether it's overkill. Here is the B-50 content (Nature's Harmony brand - not sure if this is standard):
Pantothenic Acid (is this the same as B5?) 100 mg B1/Thiamine HCI 50 mg B2/Riboflavin 50 mg B3/Niacinamide 50 mg B6 50 mg Folate 1 mg B12 75 mcg Biotin 75 mcg Choline 50 mg Inositol 50 mg My multivitamin (Genuine Health Multi + Daily Joy) contains the following B's: B1/Thiamine HCI 25 mg B2/Riboflavin 50 mg B3/Niacinamide 25 mg B5 25 mg B6 25 mg B12 1000 mcg Folic acid 800 mcg Biotin 25 mcg Any thoughts? Also, is it better to take B vitamins earlier in the day? |
