I was almost 95 days symtomp free but i taken a job in construction hard labour $30 an hour and I worked.two 12 hpur days in the sun on a roof hard labouer since then seem like my PCS symtomps are back. I get some sumtomps like foggy headache and preasure in my head . For gge past 2weeks i quit thay job and taken a easy night desk securiy jpn but still have headaches does this mean my pcs is back

You may have become dehydrated working the long hot hours. Dehydration is very rough on the brain, especially and injured brain.
The night desk security should give your brain a quiet rest time. It may take more than 2 weeks to recover. I hope that time will resolve this relapse. My best to you.
