I saw it can help with vertigo. ive had some vertigo, not too bad but enough were i notice it and its annoying during the day.
im doing the Epley Manuever to try see if i can get a hold of the vertigo. i suspect my fall gave me some left inner ear issues that seem to be holding me back im trying to find home remedies before i go to a ENT ive spent a ton of money this year on doctors to only find out time is my only option. doctors literally have done nothing for me |

The Epley maneuver did nothing to help or alleviate my PCS vertigo.
However, I'm hoping that you get some positive result. Theta

Tried twice. one with with a Neurologist and another time with Neuro-Otologist. Thought it was a joke
![]() But is worth a try if crystals in the ear were displaced, this Manuever can put it back and no harm in trying. If that is the case you will feel a big relief from vertigo. Good luck!
