Attention Decision-making struggle...Help!

Hello,

I am wondering if everyone struggles with making decisions PCS. Or, if my trouble is due to the area damaged.

I frequently have big problems in determining what the "right thing" to do is. I don't know ~ I can't put things into proper perspective. The result is me feeling really frustrated with myself, anxious, and angry.

Today's big decision is determining whether I should go to ER or not. I'm having a hard time catching my breath, my lungs are burning, dry cough, sinus headache, tiredness, (and a lapse of time in my memory ~ probably a seizure).

Are these important symptoms?? I don't know. Some sound important to me, like the breathing and lungs. But, maybe I'm just blowing this out of proportion... I don't know.

Edited to add: I finally got some of the issues figured out today. Thank you very much for responding!
