I had went physically hard for 3 days in a row and stayed on my sleep schedule but last night I could not stay up till 10pm and here I am 5am and up!My daughter is home with me till Mon and I told her I might have to sleep a lot today because I had a busy week. She looked @ me and said the weeks not over lol.
About the sleep schedule and brain waking up...This is why I need my parents to help me with her because in the mornings I can't just jump out of bed and do what normal people do chug a large coffee and go drive her to school.I did it all last year and I was a complete mess....I could not wake up or if I did I would have anxiety from the crazy traffic and that was the start of the day with headaches and muscle spasms!
