I have been having insomnia. I go to bed around ten and then wake up between 2:30 and 4:00. It feels like my brain pressure wakes me up. Sometimes I doze a little off and on but i am mostly awake and i need to be out of bed by six. And then like today I get to work at seven and work straight through til four, barely surviving, just pushing through.
And I rested all weekend. Did nothing. Should I ask the doc for sleep meds? And no I don't have time for naps either. I take magnesium in the eve. Su seb |
