Just saw occupational health today which was really helpful. Seems that they will be telling my employer that I should be spending no longer than 20 minutes on the computer at a time, for me to restrict my time spent under strobe lighting, regular breaks and to break down all my work activities into managable tasks given my condition. They will see me in 8 weeks and if problems persist I will be referred to a Consultant. However they are optimistic that if I am careful and do the right things gradually I will get back to working full time, but this has to be done over a long period of time.
