Wink Broken sleep pattern anyone ?

Hi all hope your day is a good one.

After 18 months things are much better. Almost my old self,
But not going there. Just thankful I'm doing ok.

I still have disruptive sleep pattern.
Bedtime is 10.30 pm. Usually wake up 1.30 am then again 3.30 am then 6 am.
I go back to sleep ok but I feel I'm not getting the quality of sleep.
This seems to be a regular pattern. Sometime I go through to 4.30am
Then 6 am.
I rise at 7.30 am

Wondered if anyone else suffers with this and if so any suggestions.

Thank you all

Nine lives , Carole x
