Hard to say about the beneficial effects because my doc put me on 15 different supplements. It did take a few weeks for some of the effects but the anxiety and depression lifted in about 3 days. Overall, it has been very beneficial.
My doctor is in Toronto, Canada, and is a sports concussion specialist/neurosurgeon. He sees patients from all over the world, and not just for sports related injury. I feel that he and his team have given me a new lease on life, and that is no exaggeration. Relief after 40 years, yes! :-) Jamie
