Default Scalp burning after concussion

Hi there, I'm brand new to the forum. I hit my forehead on another person's head almost 3 weeks ago now. It wasn't a massive hit but I really felt it shake me up inside. No loss of consciousness but I immediately developed a headache. I am in my mid 20s. The headache, dizziness, and nausea kept worsening so bad over the next week, i had 2 CT scans and spinal tap done at ER and all came back normal. I've been stuck in bed most of the time, walking brings on the worst and strangest headaches and otc or rx meds just barely take the edge off. Now the top of my head is very tender and few times a day I get horrible burning sensation on the top and back of my head. Sometimes it even feels like it's in the back of my mouth. It is very scary and painful. I have not found much info about this, has anyone else had this symptom?
