Confused boxing

so i been boxing for 3 years
back in mid october i sparred (nothing unusual),
i felt ok for the next few days.
saturday, went to a bar and had a beer..
sunday slept on hardwood floor with sleeping bag..
monday while bussing, i felt really nauseated and threw up.
since then, i been having headaches (small), but no more nausea.

went to doctor, they said PCS.. NO scans done.
they said no worries...

late-nov / early-dec
my eyes constantly feel like theres something in em and water a lot lately...

it gets a lot worse whenever i exercise...

what is going on
am i at risk of brain hemorrage??
