I generally feel pretty crummy on waking every day. I suspect this is likely due to the chronic headaches I have. While they're usually at their minimum during this time, they're still there. If you have headaches, it's possible these play a role.

Also, I'm not sure if your on any meds but if you are it's possible that they impact the way you feel. In particular, the TCA antidepressants are pretty bad for that.

MrHalf,

I slept round the clock for about 2.5 months then I started to have sleep disturbance.

As the worst of the sleep problems peaked I could always count on getting a pretty good rest from 6-8 A.M. And that is still the case when those unsuspecting wild nights appear.

CPAP is not often effective with Central Apneas that are more related to upper neck inflammation. If your diaphragm is not pulling breaths, CPAP will be of limited value. CPAP systems are for Obstructive Apneas.

I have trouble waking up such as weird feelings, people laughing at me, discombobulated, etc.
