I generally feel pretty crummy on waking every day. I suspect this is likely due to the chronic headaches I have. While they're usually at their minimum during this time, they're still there. If you have headaches, it's possible these play a role.
Also, I'm not sure if your on any meds but if you are it's possible that they impact the way you feel. In particular, the TCA antidepressants are pretty bad for that. |
