I know Mark will probably know the answer to this, but if anyone else has experienced this, I'd like to know.

I'm 10 months in post concussion and have had most of the regular symptoms, sometimes worse than others. I had a relapse at the beginning of January, but have been doing much better now that I've been resting again.

Here's the odd thing that I don't understand. It makes no sense to me. Up until a couple of weeks ago, The main thing that I was lucky enough Not to be experiencing was dizziness.

Suddenly 2 weeks ago I got up one morning and was standing in front of the counter, lost my balance and almost hit my head on the edge before catching myself. I had 2 or three more moments that day and thought it was odd.

It seems now that every 2 or 3 days I feel somewhat dizzy. Yesterday morning I was a bit dizzy, but it seemed to clear up as the day went on. Today I woke up very dizzy and still am. This is the worst so far.

I'm not sick at all. I'm eating well. I've been doing guided meditation and breathing exercises and it seems to have helped my anxiety issues that have magically appeared with the concussion, and with the anxiety calming, most of my symptoms have been reducing.

So why the dizziness? Could this even BE part of the concussion at this point? It seems odd to me that it would suddenly appear.

Any feedback would be great.
