Sorry it's taken so long to respond to your post- I've been offline for a few days.
I had my head injury in the beginning of June and I find that the concentration and attention issues are the things that bug me the most (ask me what bugs me the most tomorrow and I might tell you something different!) With everyone else, I agree that sleep is what will help you the most. Go back to your doctor and get something to help you sleep. If nothing else, you can try benedryl (that's the active 'sleep' ingredient in Tylenol PM). My doctor put me on seroquel to help me sleep because I just wasn't sleeping AT ALL and it made everything worse. The seroquel has helped a lot, but is starting to lose its effect. Truly, rest is the main thing to help you get through this. ~Lori
