Hi BW! I see you have not had any relpies to your posting yet. I have ATN and do take Elavil along with Lyrica, and Tramadol for break-through pain..My pain is constant and I need something to help me sleep, so my DR. suggested Elavil, she also started me on Lyrica...I took Neurontin when this first started along with Elavil and stopped after they stopped working for me.

I have been on different meds over the 7 yr period I have had this but I seem to be doing okay on this combination.
