I am affected by pressure change. Even weather used to bother me and set off attacks. I had some of my worse TN attacks in the airplane. I have not flown is close to 15 years because of TN. When we travel, we drive. I have had an MVD and no longer suffer with TN pain although I do get the odd twinge here and there. I am still to fearful of flying to take the chance of rocking the boat. For me its just not worth it.
