Default I have a question about all these pills I take.

I do not take a multi vitamin. My diet is great so I just take what I have learned on these boards.

fish oil, Methyl b-12, a good Magnesium pill, vitamin D, alpha Lipoic, Milk thistle, C and Zinc, (I take optizinc) , chromium picolinate.. etc. etc.

so here's my question.

Isn't there ONE pill that has all these things in it? In the proper dosage that I get from the various pills I now take?

It would be MUCH easier to take one pill than all the one's I take.

Is there any manufacturer who makes THE PERFECT MULTI-VITAMIN for a diabetic that has everything I need?

That would be so cool. I guess I'm dreaming, right?

Melody
